Chris Chan

President, AAAIM

Chris Chan joined AAAIM in the summer of 2013 as the President of the organization. Prior to joining AAAIM, Chris worked in a variety of roles in politics and public policy. Most recently Chris spent time on the Obama/Biden 2012 presidential campaign as well as working on the 2012 Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, NC as Special Advisor to the Chief of Staff. Chris also served in multiple roles at the United States Small Business Administration, working on a variety of strategic priorities for the SBA and the White House including the Startup America initiative and the White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders. Chris received in B.A. from American University in History and Political Science.
