Christina C. Lee joined AAAIM in January of 2016 as the President of the organization. She is also the Executive Owner & Leadership Consultant at Leadership Delivered LLC, delivering leadership and solutions for business management, consulting, and investments. Previous to becoming an entrepreneur, she was an independent consultant in investments and real estate, after relocating back to the Greater Boston area from Texas. Prior to her recent entrepreneurial activities, Ms. Lee enjoyed a highly recommended and successful career in corporate finance at the General Electric Company (NYSE: GE) that spanned nearly 10 years, where she had held senior positions in financial and project management for a number of their operating units.
Ms. Lee has worked in numerous industries and across various financial functions with United Technologies’ (NYSE: UTX) Aviation subsidiary Pratt & Whitney, as well as GE Plastics, GE Industrial, GE Appliances & Lighting, GE Transportation, and GE Oil & Gas. She has extensive corporate finance expertise domestically and globally, with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams, laterally and vertically with bottoms up as well as tops down reporting – in cost reduction projects, controllership, cost accounting, reconciliations, commercial finance, supply chain finance, consumer finance, financing agreements, financial planning & analysis, income statement profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow, finance IT programs, financial systems implementation, acquisition integration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, service contract financials, budgeting, auditing, and more.
Ms. Lee was a graduate of the Plant Financial Leadership Program (PFLP), one of GE's premier rotational leadership development programs, and also trained and certified in LEAN Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies. Throughout her career at GE, Ms. Lee was a leader of inclusiveness and advocated in all diversity forums; not only with the Asian Pacific American Forum, but also with Hispanic Forum, African American Forum, Women’s Network, Veterans Network, as well as the GLBTA community. She also has enjoyed varied experience in non-profit volunteering, mentorship, professional development, research, marketing, sourcing, event planning, communications and fundraising.
Ms. Lee graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with two degrees at the same time. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Operations Management cum laude, with a concentration in Investments, from the Isenberg School of Management; and achieved a dual degree B.S. in Exercise Science / Kinesiology cum laude, from the School of Public Health & Health Sciences. Currently, Ms. Lee is pursuing her Executive MBA virtually as a fellow of the Jack Welch Management Institute at Strayer University.
