In the past few weeks, news broke that a few CIO’s have announced their departure: Ted Eliopoulos of CalPERS, Scott Evans of NYCERS and Vicki Fuller of NYSCRF. We wholeheartedly appreciate having Ted, Scott and Vicki as allies in AAAIM’s mission to promote diversity and inclusion within the investment management industry.
In more news, a couple of AAAIM’s Honorary Board Members have been recognized:
- Norman Mineta was honored on May 10, 2018 at the Center for Asian American Media.
- The Committee of 100 — the nation’s premier organization focused on U.S.-China relations and Chinese American advancement — honored and awarded four individuals for their Leadership and Lifetime Achievements in Advancing U.S.-China Relations. One of the four award recipients is Ambassador Linda Tsao Yang.
