In January of 2014 the Teachers Retirement System of Texas commissioned a study focused on highlighting the best practices of emerging manager programs. In conjunction with Lenox Park LLC, the study looks at the best ways for institutional investors to build emerging manager programs and what outside stakeholders can do to support the efforts.
